Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Information:

At Bed4U, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently, with most deliveries completed within 3 to 7 working days.

Delivery Areas and Charges:

We deliver across most of the UK and selected areas of Ireland. Delivery is free to most areas, although a £50 delivery charge may apply to certain locations. Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before your order is placed.

Delivery Notifications:

We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order to confirm your delivery arrangements. Please ensure your mobile number and email address are correct so we can keep you updated.

Staircases and Access:

Please measure your staircases, doorways and access routes carefully before ordering. Check for tight turns, unusual curves and low ceilings that may prevent the headboard or bed components from fitting.

We can adjust the headboard height to suit your requirements, so please contact us before ordering if you have concerns about access. Customers are responsible for checking measurements in advance.

Upstairs Delivery and Assembly:

Standard delivery is to the ground floor.

For deliveries within the UK, upstairs delivery may be available for approximately £20. Assembly is usually £40 for beds without gas lift storage or £50 for beds with gas lift storage.

If you book our assembly service, there is no additional charge for upstairs delivery. Please arrange any required upstairs delivery or assembly service in advance and confirm availability and charges before your order is placed.

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland:

We do not offer assembly services in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to the length of our delivery routes.

Delivery Delays:

Although we aim to meet our stated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays or rescheduling. We will contact you if there are any changes to your delivery.

If a delay occurs, your cancellation rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Old Beds and Packaging:

We do not offer removal or recycling of old beds, mattresses or packaging. Customers are responsible for their disposal.
