Welcome to Bed4U. These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.
Bed4U is the trading name of T & K Beds Ltd, a UK-based bed retailer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and Orders
We offer a wide range of beds in different designs, colours and sizes. Many of our products are made to order according to the options selected by the customer.
Please check your selected design, colour, size and product measurements carefully before placing your order.
Product photographs are provided to help you understand the appearance of each item. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, prices or availability. If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you to agree an appropriate solution.
Your order is subject to acceptance by Bed4U. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order as placed.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery is free to most UK locations. Additional delivery charges apply to all locations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, as well as certain locations within the UK. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made using the payment methods available on our website or otherwise agreed with us before the order is confirmed.
Where a deposit or alternative payment arrangement is agreed, the amount due and payment terms will be communicated to you before the order is finalised.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our beds are made to order in the selected design, colour and size.
Please ensure that your selections are correct before confirming your purchase. If you wish to change an order after placing it, contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests for changes, subject to the stage of production and whether the change is reasonably possible.
Made-to-order products are not automatically exempt from cancellation rights. Where a product is made to the customer’s individual specifications or is clearly personalised, a statutory cancellation exception may apply.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
5. Delivery
Most deliveries are completed within 3 to 7 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product and circumstances.
We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss delivery arrangements.
Standard delivery is to the ground floor. Upstairs delivery and assembly may be available within the UK at an additional charge, subject to availability. We do not offer assembly services in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Customers should ensure that the bed can be transported safely into the property. Please measure doorways, staircases, ceilings, tight turns and other access routes before ordering.
If you have concerns about access, contact us before placing your order. We may be able to adjust the headboard height to suit your requirements.
We do not offer removal or disposal of old beds, mattresses or packaging.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will communicate any relevant updates. Your rights in the event of a delay remain governed by applicable consumer law.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request a return, the applicable procedures and any relevant collection charges.
For online purchases, statutory cancellation rights may allow you to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless a legal exception applies. Certain goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this right.
Where you are legally responsible for return costs, the applicable costs and arrangements will be explained in accordance with consumer law.
If your goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you may have additional rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Customer Responsibilities
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery information and product selections.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and that the delivery team has safe and reasonable access to the property.
If you identify damage, missing parts or an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and assist you.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
We may update our website, product listings and content from time to time. Such changes do not affect rights you have already acquired under a confirmed order or applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on our website, including text, photographs, graphics and branding, belongs to Bed4U or is used with permission.
You must not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
10. Liability and Consumer Rights
We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law, including the legal requirements concerning product quality, description and delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The terms applicable to your order will be those agreed when your order is accepted, subject to any changes agreed with you and applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where the relevant legal proceedings are brought, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
