Returns and Refunds Policy

At Bed4U, our beds are made to order in your chosen style, colour and size. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Customers may request to return an item at the time of delivery, before the delivery team leaves the property. No separate return collection charge will apply where the return is accepted at that point.

Once the delivery team has left, a collection charge will apply to change of mind returns. Our collection charges range from £100 to £150, depending on the delivery postcode.

Made to Order Products

Our beds are made to order in your selected style, colour and size. Products made to order are not automatically exempt from cancellation rights. The right to cancel may not apply to products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be unused, with all parts and accessories included and in their original packaging where possible.

For items requiring assembly, please ensure they are safely dismantled before collection where reasonably possible. Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at bed4uinuk@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs where available.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Customers will not be charged return collection costs where Bed4U is legally responsible for covering them.

Mattresses and Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal requirements for this exception are met.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Where goods must be returned, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Any refund of the original standard delivery charge will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Delivery and Access

Please check your room measurements and access routes, including doorways and staircases, before placing your order.

Any additional delivery or assembly charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
